A new bathroom installation cost varies dependent upon a variety of factors. When we visit your property to undertake a site visit, we'll review your CAD drawings and discuss your project. We will also take into account; the size of the room, the shape of the room and how much pipework will need to change in order for the project to be completed. Clients buy in their bathroom suites they would like us to fit and prices start from £5,000 including building materials.

Most bathroom installations take between 8 and 10 days. If a problem occurs during the process, we will inform you immediately and readjust our finish time. We take pride in maintaining open and honest lines of communication with our customers to ensure the delivery of the best service possible.

Yes! We are boiler breakdown and plumbing specialists ready to locate the source of your problem right away. When boilers misbehave, typical signs they show include making funny noises and not heating up thoroughly. Our gas safe engineers are based locally in Hornchurch so will be quick to respond to your call.

We have extensive knowledge about all the top brands and we're qualified to install new boilers from a wide selection including; Worcester, Vaillant and Potterton. The cost of a new boiler can vary and some factors that we take into account are:

• The size of the property — the larger the house, the higher the demand for heating and hot water there will be.
• The location of the boiler — dependent upon the space available, a new boiler can be wall hung or be situated next to a separate tank that needs storage.
• Are you switching from one type of boiler to another? If this is the case, it could mean making changes around your heating system.
• Water pressure — it's not uncommon for some boilers to be unable to produce enough pressure on their own. If the water pressure in your area is low, this will be taken into account.

You can extend the life of your central heating system with a routine power flush. Power flush is the process by which water moves around at a high velocity through your system and dislodges any build-up of sludge, rust and debris. We use Kamco and Magnacleansing equipment to undertake this task and recommend a flush every 5 years.

Our underfloor installation service is not exclusively for clients hiring us to fit their new bathroom. We provide an underfloor heating installation service for any room in a house.
